Shipping Options
We currently offer the following shipping method for retail orders:
USPS Priority Mail (2–3 Business Days)
Shipping transit time begins after production is completed.
Local pickup is also available at no charge (see Pickup section below).
Oversize items or specialty orders may require a custom shipping quote.
Free Shipping
We offer Free USPS Priority Mail (2–3 Business Days) on qualifying orders of $150 or more, excluding oversize items and special handling orders.
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when eligibility requirements are met.
Production & Processing Time
Orders are produced according to the selected turnaround time shown on each product page.
Standard production timelines vary by product
Rush production may be available for an additional fee
Shipping transit time does not begin until production is complete. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout reflect shipping time only and do not include production.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking allows you to monitor your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Customers may choose Free In-Store Pickup at our Washington, DC location.

Once an order has shipped, A Digital Solutions is not responsible for carrier delays. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with delivery, please contact us promptly so we can assist in filing a claim or resolving the issue.
