The Quantity selection is the number of printed pieces in one ordered set. Choose the artwork service appropriate for your file. Print-ready artwork includes one standard digital production proof; printing starts only after approval. Design assistance and the optional digital mockup are separate selections, not additional printed pieces.
Product images are illustrative mockups. Your order is produced with your approved artwork and selected specifications.

Turnaround & Production
Our planning target for in-house production is approximately 3 business days after print-ready files, proof approval, required payment and material availability are confirmed. This is a target, not a guaranteed completion date; we confirm timing for your specifications and current workload before production. Design work, special finishing and outsourced components may require additional time. Supplier-produced work is planned around approximately 5 business days only after supplier confirmation. Pickup, delivery and shipping transit are separate from production time.
Artwork Requirements
Letterhead design, logo cleanup, and coordinated stationery-system design are available as separate services.
Artwork, Proof & Mockup
- Print-Ready + Proof: Upload completed artwork that meets the listed production requirements. One standard digital production proof is included at no additional charge.
- Digital Mockup — $15: Receive one visual product or placement preview using customer-supplied print-ready artwork. This option does not include redesign, copy changes, or multiple concepts.
- Basic Design — $35: One clean layout using supplied text, logo, and images. Includes one concept, one revision, and a digital proof.
- Full Design — $65: A more developed custom layout with up to two concepts, two revisions, and a digital proof.
Printing begins only after artwork approval. Design selections already include a proof, so do not also purchase the separate $15 digital mockup.
Pickup & Delivery
Pickup, local delivery, and shipping options are available. Contact us for recurring departmental or corporate stationery orders.
Stock & Overprinting
If you will run the finished letterhead through your own printer, tell us the printer type and intended use before ordering. We must confirm stock and print compatibility; do not assume every option is suitable for laser or inkjet overprinting.
