What file format should I upload?

We recommend uploading print-ready PDF files for best results. We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, and JPG files (300 DPI minimum).

Do you provide proofs before printing?

Yes. All orders receive a digital proof for approval before production begins. Printing starts only after proof approval

What is your standard turnaround time?

Standard production time is 2–3 business days after proof approval. Rush and same-day options are available for an additional fee.

Can you help with design or file setup?

Yes. Design and file setup assistance is available starting at $50. Select design services at checkout or contact us for details.

What if I don’t have a print-ready file?

If your file needs adjustments or is not print-ready, we will contact you before production. Additional design or setup fees may apply.

What color mode should my files be in?

Files should be set to CMYK color mode. RGB files will be converted, which may cause slight color shifts.

Do I need to include bleed?

Yes, where applicable. Please include 0.125” bleed on all sides and keep important text within safe margins.

Can I make changes after approving my proof?

Once a proof is approved, changes cannot be made. Any changes requested after approval may require a new order.

Do you offer local pickup and delivery?

Yes. Local pickup is available at our Washington, DC location. Local delivery within the DC Metro area is available for an additional fee. Nationwide shipping is also available.

Do you print for government and nonprofit organizations?

Yes. We proudly serve businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies and offer professional, compliant printing services.

Do you offer bulk or custom pricing?

What happens if my artwork has an issue?

We review all files before printing. If we find any issues, we’ll contact you before moving forward to ensure the best final result.
